Military & students: $13.49 per month. Household membership only.

• One scheduled one-hour on-site visit per membership year
• 20% off additional support labor: $28 per 30 minutes remote, $56 per hour remote, or $80 per hour on-site
• Quick questions by text, subject to reasonable household use and availability

Included sessions are annual benefits, not monthly allowances. Membership covers one household at one registered service address.

Travel is quoted separately. Parts and software subscriptions are extra. Quick texts are for brief questions; troubleshooting that requires a session counts toward your allowance or is billed separately.

Military and student discounts apply to household membership dues and ordinary household service rates. Discounts do not stack; additional member labor uses the better available discount.

Membership terms

Membership renews monthly until canceled. Unused included sessions expire at your membership anniversary and do not roll over. Appointments are scheduled subject to availability; no 24/7 coverage or guaranteed response time is included.

If you cancel after using included sessions, an adjustment applies only when their regular labor value exceeds the membership dues you have paid for that membership year. The adjustment is the difference between those amounts. If you have used no included sessions, no adjustment applies. Additional work is billed separately.
