Check-ins, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting count toward included hours. Unused hours expire monthly. Plans cover an agreed business environment and scope; response expectations and scheduling are agreed before service starts. No unlimited support or 24/7 coverage is included.
Parts, software subscriptions, travel, and larger projects are quoted separately. Contact us to agree on scope, billing, and cancellation terms before enrollment.
Military and student discounts are household-only and do not apply to business plans or services.
Need occasional help instead?
Without a monthly plan: $35 per 30 minutes or $70 per hour remote, and $100 per hour for scheduled on-site support.
